Take this new site called Umbrella Today. Go to the site and enter your zip code (only for US unfortunately), and it will tell you whether or not you need to carry an umbrella that day. Super simple, very useful.
I tried it, and I´m a bit embarrased to say that the only US zip code I know is 90210, so the result wasn´t that hard to figure out.
